Contact ComDoc/Xerox using the information below to report an issue with a printer/multifunction device or to order supplies.

  • ComDoc's/Xerox hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST
  • Create an account at my.comdoc.com (There are various company numbers depending on your delivery address. IE. BG10:137434 )

To request the move or removal of a printing device, please email Chris Hoffer at christopher.hoffer@xerox.com.  At least two weeks notice is needed for move requests.

Please have the equipment contract number (located on the ComDoc/Xerox Sticker on the front of the machine - the printed number is the contract number) ready.
