Who do I contact if I am having issues with my printer, need supplies, etc.?

Answer

Should you need service on your Xerox product or HP network laser printer, please contact ComDoc. ComDoc is BGSU’s contracted printing management company that handles all university printing, copying and scanning needs, including all services and supplies. Please have the equipment contract number (located on the ComDoc/Xerox Sticker on the front of the machine - the printed number is the contract number) ready and provide 10 business days advance notice.

  • Create an account at my.comdoc.com (You will need your building's ComDoc Company ID/Number when setting up your MyComDoc account.)
    • A list of ComDoc Company IDs/Numbers (by building) is attached to this Knowledge Base article under the Attachments section. ComDoc Company IDs/Numbers are needed for the creation of new MyComDoc accounts. MyComDoc account holders can also use the ComDoc Company ID/Number to look up their devices by the ComDoc device ID for service calls and supply orders. 

To request the move or removal of an office printer, please submit an Office Printer Move/Remove Request form. 

If you are having trouble printing only specific documents or if you are unable to print while others in your area are still successful, please contact Information Technology Services (ITS) for assistance.
