Webmail: Changing the Conversation Setting


Why do some emails seem to be grouped together instead of displaying at the time they were sent?


When you have several emails from the same sender with the same title, by default your email will condense those messages into a Conversation dated when the last email was received. 


  1. Log in to your webmail.
  2. Select your Inbox from the left.
  3. Select Filter just above and to the right of your first message.
  4. Select Show As from the drop down.
  5. Change the setting here from Conversations to Messages.
  6. Your messages will now show individually instead of stacked.
