What constitutes a fax account? 

Answer

Any BGSU user who would like to send/receive faxes must have a BGSU Fax Account configured. A BGSU Fax Account allows the user to do the following:

  1. Send/receive faxes with your personal BGSU fax account.
  2. Send/receive faxes via a shared fax account for those users whom have been granted delegate access to the account.
  3. Send faxes from a multifunction device with faxing capabilities (available upon request and charges may apply).
  4. Receive faxes directly to a network share once configured (available upon request).
