How to Request a Bridge Editor or Publisher Role

How do I request a Bridge Editor or Publisher role? 

Answer

BGSU utilizes the Bridge application to host compliance and training content for BGSU students, faculty, staff, and other university-affiliated users. Those wanting to create and distribute training content within Bridge are required to have the Editor role. Those wanting Editor role plus the ability to publish content will need the Publisher role.  To request a Bridge Editor or Publisher role, complete the Bridge Account Management request form.

Please note these requirements when requesting Bridge Editor/Publisher access:

Requirements 

  1. Editors are required to abide by BGSU Accessibility standards
  2. Editors are required to abide by BGSU Marketing & Brand Strategy standards
  3. Editors acknowledge that they are the main resource for content creation
  4. Editors/Publishers acknowledge that they will seek support and training from Bridge where available and will submit tickets based on this List of Bridge Changes that Require an ITS Ticket
  5. Publishers acknowledge they are accountable for content published to a production environment
