Accessing the BGSU Self Service Application (Mac Devices)

How do I access the BGSU Self Service application?

The BGSU Self Service application is only available to BGSU Mac devices. Users must be connected to the BGSU network or VPN (Pulse Secure). To access the BGSU Self Service app on University-owned Mac devices:

Opening the BGSU Self Service App

1. Open the Applications Folder and scroll to BGSU Self Service app.
2. Double-click to open the application.
3. Log in with your BGSU username and password. 
4. Under the Browse drop-down menu in the left navigation menu, select All.
5. You will now see all of the applications available for installation on your device. 

Installing an Application

1. Locate the application you would like to install. 
   1. If an application reads Reinstall, it is already installed on your device. 
2. Select Install. 
3. When the install is complete, the software will be available in your Applications folder. 

Bookmarks

ITS had added some website URL bookmarks for quick access to various ITS websites. The bookmarks are available in the Bookmarks option of the Browse left navigation menu drop-down. To open a bookmark select Open.
