What is the "Course Evals" global navigation link in Canvas?

The Canvas "Course Evals" link enable users to access the course evaluation service, Course Evaluation. This link does not work within the Canvas app. Mobile device users should use a browser or utilize the link sent via email when surveys and survey data are available.
