How do I view the telephone billing charges report?

To view the telephone billing charges report*, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to ods.bgsu.edu. 
   • You must be connected to the BGSU network/VPN to access this site.
2. Log in with your BGSU username​​​​​​​ and ​​​​​​​password.
3. ​​​​​​​Follow the path outlined below and enter additional credentials based on the budget administrator's details.​​​​​​​
   1. Select Public Folders.
   2. Select Finance 9.2.
   3. Select Budget Administrators.
   4. Select IT Equipment Rental Bill.

*Please ensure you have access to the Web Report Library (WRL) prior to viewing your report. WRL access can be requested here.
