New Employee Not Showing Up for Supervisor in Web Clock

Why is my new student employee not showing up for me (supervisor)?

Answer

The supervisor's time sheet view defaults to the first day of the period they would typically be approving. If the employee in question was not active on that date they will not display.  Change the date by updating the view by date and then selecting the green refresh button.
