Update Your SharePoint Profile

Question

How do I update my SharePoint user profile?

Answer

  1. Select the circle with your picture or your initials from the top right corner of the SharePoint screen.
  2. To change your profile picture:
    1. Hover over the circle and select the camera icon
    2. Select + Upload a new photo or drag and drop your photo onto the circle.
    3. Select Apply
  3. To update your profile information:
    1. Select My Office Profile
    2. Select Update Profile.
    3. Update and complete the information as necessary.
      • Note: Some information, like contact information, is linked directly to your Microsoft Office account and cannot be changed here.
