How can I create/use a contact list in webmail?

Creating a Contact List
- Log in to BGSU webmail.
- Select the People icon from the left navigation menu.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to New Contact.
- Select New contact list.
- Give the list a name.
- Enter the name or email address of the person(s) you would like to add to the contact list and select their name when it appears in the list.
- Repeat this step to add each person to your contact list.
- Enter a description for your list if you'd like.
- Select Create.
Viewing a Contact List
- Log in to BGSU webmail.
- Select the People icon from the left navigation menu.
- Select Your contact lists from the left navigation menu.
- Select the name of your contact list from the list that appears to view the contacts.
- From here, you can choose to send an email to the contacts in the list
Emailing a Contact List
You can email a contact a couple of ways, both are outlined below.
Option One
- Navigate to your contact list by following the Viewing a Contact List instructions above.
- Select the send email button.
- Write and send your email as you normally would
Option Two
- Log in to BGSU webmail.
- From the email window, select New Message.
- In the To field, enter the contact list name.
- Write and send your email as you normally would.
