Signing an Adobe Sign Document

How do I sign an Adobe Sign document?

Answer

To sign a document you received from Adobe Sign, follow these steps:

  1. Access the document using one of these methods:
    1. Adobe Sign Web Application
      1. Navigate to https://esignadobe.bgsu.edu/
      2. Enter your BGSU email address and select Continue
      3. If prompted, select Company or School Account. 
      4. You will be directed to the BGSU Single Sign On (SSO) page. Enter your BGSU username and password and then select Login
      5. Select the Waiting For You tab.
      6. Hover over the document you wish to sign and select Sign. 
    2. Adobe Sign Email Notification
      1. Navigate to the email you received from Adobe Sign.
      2. Select the Review and sign button. 
      3. Enter your BGSU email address and select Continue
      4. If prompted, select Company or School Account. 
      5. You will be directed to the BGSU Single Sign On (SSO) page. Enter your BGSU username and password and then select Login
  2. Your document will open in a web browser. 
  3. Select Start from the left side of the document.
  4. Select Click to Sign in the Signature field. 
  5. Select your preferred signature option.
  6. Select Apply.
  7. Select Next (if applicable) and repeat steps 5-7 until all of the required signature fields are complete.
  8. Select Click to Sign at the bottom of the page to complete the signing of the document.
