How do I view my ITS ticket requests?
Answer
There are multiple ways users can view their ITS tickets. Use the information in this article for information on what tickets you can view, and how to view them.
What tickets can I view?
Users can view the following ITS tickets:
- Tickets for which the user is the requestor/creator.
- Tickets requested by users in assigned accounts/departments.
- Tickets for which the user is listed as a "Contact".
Viewing tickets from the ITS website
- Navigate to the ITS homepage.
- Select Service Desk from the top navigation menu.
- Select My Tickets from the drop-down menu.

Log in with your BGSU username and password.
- Select Services from the top menu.
- Select Ticket Requests.
Viewing tickets from within the ITS Service Portal
- From within the ITS Service Portal, select Services from the top menu.
- Select Ticket Requests.
- A list of your ticket requests should appear.
- By default, tickets for which you are listed as a "Contact" will show. If you wish not to see these tickets, uncheck the check box that reads Include requests that I am listed as a contact on and select Search.
- To see tickets requested by users in your assigned accounts/departments, check the Include requests from my accounts/departments check box and select Search.
Viewing tickets from the TeamDynamix ticket confirmation email
- Find your ticket request confirmation email.
- Select the Click here for more information about your ticket link within the email message.
- Select Check Status of My Tickets.
