How Do I View My Tickets?


How do I view my ITS ticket requests.


There are multiple ways to view your ticket requests; please use the instructions below to view your tickets. 

From the ITS Website

  1. Navigate to the ITS homepage.
  2. Select Service Desk from the top navigation menu.
  3. Select My Tickets  from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Log in with your BGSU username and password.

  5. Select Services from the top menu. 
  6. Select Ticket Requests.

Within the Service Portal

  1. From within the ITS Service Portal, select Services from the top menu. 
  2. Select Ticket Requests.

From the TeamDynamix Ticket Confirmation Email

  1. Find your ticket request confirmation email.
  2. Select the Click here for more information about your ticket link within the email message.
  3. Select Check Status of My Tickets
