What is it?

A Project Evaluation Request is the starting point for proposing a new technology project that requires ITS resources. It is intended for new software, hardware, or technology implementations. ITS reviews the request to determine the appropriate path forward.

How to use it?

 
Complete the Project Evaluation Request form with information about the business need, required completion date (if applicable), and known technology requirements. ITS will review the request and contact you regarding the appropriate next steps.
 

How much does it cost?

There is no cost associated with a Project Evaluation Request service. However, costs for hardware, software, licensing, consulting, or other external services will be identified during the evaluation, and a budget will be determined before work proceeds.
