What does my ticket status mean?
Answer
Below are the various ticket statuses and their descriptions. To view your current ticket requests, click here.
Open
The ticket has been entered and assigned to the team who will provide a solution.
In Process
Your request is approved and work has started.
Resolved
ITS has resolved your issue and is waiting on your confirmation.
Closed
You have confirmed your issue is resolved.
Canceled
The ticket was canceled by your request.
On Hold
ITS is waiting on third party action before we can continue work. Check your email or the ticket feed for more information.
Awaiting Response
ITS has contacted the requester to obtain more information needed to finish this ticket. Check your email or the ticket feed for more information.
Scheduled
The work to provide a resolution to your request has been scheduled and will occur on that date.
