What is it?
Qualtrics is an easy-to-learn tool for both student evaluations and research surveys available to current BGSU faculty, staff, and students. Standard Qualtrics users are limited to 10 surveys at a time and a 5000 email limit.

Please submit the report issue form on this page to report your issue(s) to the Office of Institutional Research.
