How do I remove my BGSU blogs?

Answer

The instructions below will remove a BGSU blog.

  1. Navigate to blogs.bgsu.edu and log in. 
  2. Select My Sites, then select the name of the site you want to delete, then select Dashboard.
  3. In the sidebar or hamburger menu, select Tools and then select Delete Site.
  4. Check the I'm sure I want to permanently disable my site checkbox.
  5. Click the Delete My Site Permanently button.
  6. Sign into your BGSU email and await a confirmation message with a subject line like "Delete My Site".
  7. Open the confirmation message and click the link immediately following this text: "If you really want to delete your site, click the link below. You will not be asked to confirm again so only click this link if you are absolutely certain."
