Changing Time Zone for Webmail

Question

My emails are showing incorrect time stamps, how do I change my time zone for webmail?

Resolution

On occasion emails within your webmail may appear to have an incorrect time stamp shown for sent and received. Your time zone for the web ail may be set incorrectly. The steps below will help you change the time zone.

  1. Sign into your webmail
  2. Select the Gear on the top right.
    • If you are missing a gear or do not see any settings, please try a different browser (Mac users may have this problem).
  3. On the left pane, Select General.
  4. Select Language and time.
  5. Under Time Zone, select the appropriate time zone for your region.
  6. Select the save button located on the lower right.
