How do I subscribe to a paginated report in Power BI?

Setup a Subscription
- Navigate to the Power BI web application.
- Sign in using your BGSU username and password.
- Select Workspaces from the left navigation menu and select the workspace where the report exists.
- Since some reports exist in folders within the workspace, you may need to select a folder to view the report.
- Select the paginated report to open it.
- Complete the parameters; scroll horizontally to see additional parameters if needed.
- Select View Report to run.
- Select Subscribe to report from the top menu. A side panel will open. If there are no subscriptions, select the green Create a subscription button.
- Configure the following settings (if applicable):
- Subscription name: Give the subscription a meaningful name (default value is the name of the report).
- Recipients: Enter valid BGSU email addresses for recipients that will receive the report.
- Attach full report: Choose the output format attachment that will be sent via email (.pdf, .xlsx, etc).
- Report Parameters: Use Current (rendered report) values is the only option.
- Schedule date and time: Enter in a start and end date for when you want the report to generate.
- Repeat: Choose how often you wish to receive the report, Hourly/Daily/Weekly/Monthly. Different day and time options will display depending on the choice
- Time Zone: Set to UTC-5:00 Eastern Time (US and Canada).
- More options: An email subject can be provided as well as a short message. Also available are a report preview page, a link to the report and permission to view the report in Power BI.
- Select Save.
Manage or Cancel a Subscription
- Run the paginated report whose subscription you would like to update.
- Select Subscribe.
- From the Subscription list:
- Select Edit to change settings.
- Select delete to stop delivery.
