How do I view a received fax using the RightFax web application (FaxUtil)?

Expand the panels in this article for information on how to view a received fax in the RightFax web application (FaxUtil).
Viewing a Fax in the RightFax Application
- Navigate to the myfax.bgsu.edu (you must be connected to the BGSU network/VPN)
- Log in with your BGSU username and password.
- In the fax list, select a fax.
- From the View menu, select Image to open the Viewer page.
- You should now be able to view the fax.
- To rotate the page, from the Page menu, select Rotate, and then select Clockwise, Counter-clockwise, Flip, All Pages Clockwise, All Pages Counter-clockwise, or Flip All Pages.
- To view thumbnail images of each page of the fax, from the Page menu, select Show/Hide Thumbnails.
- To view a different page of the fax, from the Page menu, select Previous, Next, First, or Last. Select Go to Page to specify the page number.
- To move to the next fax or the previous fax, select Next Fax or Previous Fax.
Viewing Fax History
The fax history is created and updated as activity occurs on the fax.
- From the fax list, select a fax.
- From the View menu, Select History.
- To print or download the history, select Download.
Printing a Fax
- From the fax list, select the fax.
- From the Fax menu, select download.
- Select the file format to download.
- After the file is downloaded, open the file to print.
