Should you need service on a BGSU printer/multifunction device (Konica Minolta or HP), please contact PERRY proTECH. PERRY proTECH is BGSU’s contracted printing management company that handles all university printing, copying and scanning needs, including all services and supplies. Please have the printer ID number (1 letter and 4 numbers ((NXXXX)) located on PERRY proTECH sticker fixed to the device) readily available. Please reach out to PERRY proTECH for the following types of printer support:
- General device hardware support/issues
- Training on basic/advanced printing, copying and scanning feature and settings, and replacing supplies such as toner.
- Printer supplies
- Printer parts
- Printer moves/removal
- When contacting PERRY proTECH, please make sure to include the printer ID number, a requested move date/time, and the new location information (for moves).

ReadiCare
ReadiCare is a web app designed for mobile devices but can be accessed from any web browser. The app is available to BGSU faculty and staff through this link.
When first creating your account, request Registration keys from https://info.perryprotech.com/readicare.

Log in
Follow these steps below to log into ReadiCare.
- Go to the ReadiCare Log in page here.
- Select Login.
- Enter your BGSU username and password.
- Select Sign In.
Add Primary Location
Follow the steps below to add a location.
- Select Register.
- In the New Location field, enter the BGSU Registration Key: 3de98a48-7cb3-40.
- Select Add +.
- Under Your Locations select the three dots to open location options and select Set as primary location.
- Select the back arrow 2 times to return to the main screen.
Add Additional Locations (As Needed)
- From the main screen select on the profile icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Enter the registration key and select add.
- Under Your Locations select the location options and select Activate Location.
- The primary location will be highlighted in blue.
- The activated locations will be highlighted in orange.
- The deactivated locations will be highlighted in grey.
- Select the back arrow 2 times to return back to the main screen.
Search, Favorites, and Requests
How to search for your printer, favorite it, and view service/supply requests.
To Search:
Select the Search icon and enter the machine ID.
To Favorite:
- Select the machine you would like to favorite and hold down your mouse for a few seconds.
- Then a yellow star should appear next to the machine you selected after you release your mouse.
To View Open Service & Supply Requests:
- Select the Requests button on the bottom of your screen
- It will be the second option between home and messages.
- This will allow you to view Open Services and Supply Orders for active locations.
- Your favorites will be shown first.
Request Services
To make a service requests:
- Select the machine you want to make a request for.
- It will then be highlighted blue.
- Select the Service icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Located on the bottom row in blue, between training and supply.
- Complete the request form shown and select submit.
- The Service Request form provides the ability to upload a picture or record a video to attach to the service call.
Request Supplies
To request supplies for your machine:
- Select the machine you're requesting supplies for.
- It will be highlighted in blue.
- Select Supply at the bottom of your screen.
- Located on the right of your screen beside Service.
- Complete and submit the Supply Request form.
