Student Printing/Print Release locations available on campus.

Standard printing costs apply. Print jobs left in the queue for 24 hours will be automatically deleted from the list with no charges being applied.
Available printer account funds are displayed to the student in a pop-up window prior to submitting each print job. Print funds are stored in the student's BG Bucks of the student’s BG1 Card. Please reference this article for information on adding print funds to a BG1 Card.
Students can also view available print funds by logging in to papercut.bgsu.edu with their BGSU credentials (users must be on campus to access PaperCut).
Please report lab printer issues to ITS by contacting us via phone or chat.
Users are not permitted to put their own paper into University printers. University printers are not configured to support/print on different types of paper/card stock (for example, resume paper or photo paper) and using such paper increases the likelihood of a printer jam or malfunction. If you need to print on a special type of paper, we recommend visiting a retail office supply store.
