What is the ITS Reported Issues webpage?

The ITS Reported Issues webpage, located at www.bgsu.edu/issues, is a webpage maintained by ITS that is used to document current BGSU IT issues, scheduled upgrades and outages, and a log of recently resolved issues. Please consult this webpage if you experience issues with BGSU technology or applications. If your issue is not included on the ITS Reported Issues page, please reach out to ITS to report the issue and/or for troubleshooting assistance. Below is information regarding what is included on this webpage:
Current Reported Issues/Outages
Any unplanned outage to a BGSU system or application impacting a significant portion of the University community.
Outages impacting smaller populations are also communicated directly to the impacted group by the ITS application/service owner.
Scheduled Outages/Upgrades
Any planned outages/maintenance/upgrades to BGSU applications & services, including but not limited to:
- BGSU networks (wired, wireless, Pulse Secure)
- PeopleSoft
- BGSU email
- Canvas
- BGSU telephone system
- Office 365
- ITS Live Chat
- Blackboard Transact/BG1 Card
- Papercut/Printing
Issues Resolved In the Past 30 Days
Any issue/outage reported under the Current Reported Issues/Outages section of the Reported Issues will be documented in this section once resolved and remain there for approximately 30 days.
