Secure Print

How can I configure my computer to print using Secure Print?

Some IP printers on campus are set up to print using Secure Print, which requires entering a passcode to retrieve jobs sent to that printer from computers sending jobs using Secure Print. Computers may still print to these printers normally, but for security, you may wish to ensure that all jobs sent to that printer from your computer use Secure Print. You can set this option on your Windows computer using these instructions:

1. Navigate to Control Panel and select Devices and Printers.
2. Right-click on the printer and select Printing Preferences as shown below:
3. In the Printing Options tab, select Secure Print as shown below:                                                                                                                                   
4. Enter the passcode where prompted.
