Student PaperCut Refunds


How does a student request a PaperCut printing refund?


If there is an error with your print in an ITS lab or Mobility Print Station, please contact Information Technology Services (ITS) at 419-372-0999 or through chat and provide the following information:

  • Description of error.
  • Date of transaction.
  • Approximate time of transaction.
  • ComDoc contract number of printer.
  • Number of pages.
  • Extra details like color or black and white, page size, etc.

Please Note: Refunds issued for printing errors will be refunded to the student's PaperCut account and can only be used for future print jobs. This has no impact on the BG1 Bucks balance.
