How does a student request a PaperCut printing refund?
Answer
If there is an error with your print in an ITS lab or Student Print Release Station, please contact Information Technology Services (ITS) at 419-372-0999 or through chat and provide the following information:
- Description of error.
- Date of transaction.
- Approximate time of transaction.
- Printer ID number (1 letter and 4 numbers ((NXXXX)) located on PERRY proTECH sticker fixed to the device) of printer.
- Number of pages.
- Extra details like color or black and white, page size, etc.
Please Note: Refunds issued for printing errors will be refunded to the student's PaperCut account and can only be used for future print jobs. This has no impact on the BG1 Bucks balance.
