For Qualtrics technical support, please go to the Qualtrics Customer Success Hub at www.qualtrics.com/support-center and use the following steps:
- Select Sign in with SSO.
- For Organization ID type BGSU, and then select Continue.
- Enter your BGSU username and password, and then select Sign In.
- Select Get Technical Support.
- Select Survey Platform & XM Directory.
- Go to the Qualtrics Support AI Assistant on the page. [If the Qualtrics AI Assistant cannot find your answer, it will connect you to a member of their support team.]
