Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is the University's Content Management System (CMS). AEM is used to manage BGSU webpages and assets and is controlled by the Office of Marketing and Communications. General information regarding AEM is outlined below. 

AEM Access/Account Request

Access to AEM is provided by the Office of Marketing and Brand Strategy. Users are required to first complete an AEM training course prior to being provided access to the tool.

A Vanity URL is an easy-to-remember URL that you can use on print materials or use on character-restricted social media like Twitter to direct users to a webpage with an otherwise lengthy URL path.

To request a vanity URL for your BGSU webpage, please submit a Vanity URL Request form to the Office of Office of Marketing and Brand Strategy
