To report a technical issue with Canvas, please contact ITS directly at 419-372-0999 or ITSchat.bgsu.edu.
Students – ITS recommends first contacting the course instructor to ensure there is not an issue with course settings, access, etc. If your instructor is unable to assist or if there is an apparent technical issue with Canvas, please contact the ITS service desk.
Instructors - If you need assistance designing content in Canvas, please contact the CFE for assistance. If you are having a technical issue with Canvas, please contact ITS.
