I seem to have lost my Canvas Studio recording; is there any way I can recover it?
Answer
Canvas Studio videos are saved to your local computer first before they are uploaded to Canvas Studio. Any videos that you may have "lost", should be stored on the device you used when you recorded them. To recover the recording:
- Navigate to Canvas Studio
- Select Record.
- Select Screen Capture.
- Select Record and record a few seconds of video.
- Select Pause.
- Select Done.
- Select Back to Recordings from the top left corner of the window.
- You should now be at the location where all of your previous recordings are stored locally.
- Select the lost video and upload it to Canvas Studio.
