Sharing a Collection in ZDAM

How do I share a ZDAM collection?

1. Navigate to your collection.
2. From the collection bar, select Actions. 
3. Select Share.
4. In the Share Collection window you will be presented with several sharing options: 
   • Email Asset
     1. Select and complete the fields needed.
     2. Select email asset at the bottom of the page.
   • Generate URL
     1. Update the fields base on your preferences. 
     2. Select Generate external URL.
     3. Copy the URL and send it to your recipient.
   • Create new dash tile
     • Update the fields base on your preferences. 
     • Select Create.
     • The dash tile should now appear on your homepage as well as the homepage of those to whom you shared the dash tile.
   • Internal user sharing
     1. Select Edit.
     2. On the Edit collection screen, complete the preferred fields.
     3. In the Attach users field, enter the username, full name or group name to which you would like to share the collection and select the + (plus) sign. 
        • Repeat Step 3 to add additional recipients.
     4. Select Save configuration.
     5. The collection will be shared with the users/recipients you chose.
     6. Recipients will receive a notification in their ZDAM account in the form of a red bubble next to the Profile icon. They can view the shared collection by selecting the Profile icon in the top right corner of their screen followed by My messages.
