Question

How do I relocate/move a single asset or folder to a different location in ZDAM?

Answer

Below are instructions on moving a single asset/folder or a collection in ZDAM. 

Moving a Folder or Single Asset 

  1. Navigate to the folder/asset you would like to move.
  2. Right-click on the folder/asset in the left navigation.
  3. Select Move.
  4. In the Move dialog, select the new source location.
  5. Select Save or Save and go to Source.
    • Save relocates the folder and does not alter your own navigation. 
    • Save and go to Source relocates the files and you into the new source folder that was selected.
