Student Access to Course Evaluations

How do students access their evaluations online?

There are four ways a student can access their evaluation online:

Canvas Menu

• Students will be prompted when they first login to Canvas if the student has open surveys.
• Course Evaluation will be an icon on the left navigation when a student has open surveys.
• Select the Account icon, then Settings and then select Course Evaluation.
• Navigate to https://bgsu.evaluationkit.com/.

Email Link

• The link sent to each student is only good for the student it was sent to.
  • Forwarding/sharing of emails will not work.
• Student emails are sent when the surveys are open.  Reminders are also sent during the evaluation period.
