How Can I Add My Existing SharePoint Site to My New Microsoft Team?

Is there a way to quickly move files from an old/current SharePoint Site to my new Teams/Sharepoint Site other than moving files individually?

You can add a tab at the top of a channel that links directly to the document library of a secondary SharePoint Site.
