Account Sharing in Adobe Sign

Question

How can I share my Adobe Sign account to allow others to view my agreements?

Answer

Adobe Sign allows users to share their accounts to allow others to view their agreements. Account sharing is useful to view the current status and stage of an agreement which is especially useful for departments using shared office accounts.

Share Account

  1. Log in to Adobe Sign
  2. Select the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen. 
  3. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Sharing Status from the left navigation menu under Personal Preferences.
  5. Select My Account Shared With then click the plus sign (+).
  6. Enter the email address of the person to whom you would like to share your account granting view access.
    • You can also allow the person to have additional permissions beyond viewing by granting the ability to send on your behalf and modify agreements.
  7. Select Save
    • The person to whom you shared your account will receive an email notification. They must accept your share request. Once accepted, they will be able to view all the agreements in your Adobe Sign account.

Resend Share

  1. Log in to Adobe Sign
  2. Select the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen. 
  3. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Sharing Status from the left navigation menu under Personal Preferences.
  5. Select the email address of the person you would like to resend the share notification.
  6. Select Resend Share Request.

Cancel Share

  1. Log in to Adobe Sign
  2. Select the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen. 
  3. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Sharing Status from the left navigation menu under Personal Preferences.
  5. Select the email address of the person you would like to cancel sharing.
  6. Select Cancel Share.

 

Request To View Other Accounts

  1. Log in to Adobe Sign
  2. Select the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen. 
  3. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Sharing Status from the left navigation menu under Personal Preferences.
  5. Select Shared With Me
  6. Select the plus sign (+).
  7. Enter the email address of the person whose account you would like to view.
    • You can also request to have additional permissions to send and modify agreements beyond viewing. 
  8. Select Save
    • The person will receive an email notification with your request. Once approved, you will be able to view their documents from your Adobe Sign account.
