How can I install Pulse on my university device?
Answer
Pulse is installed on all university devices issued to BGSU faculty and staff. If your university device does not have Pulse pre-installed, you may install it by following these instructions:
To Install on your Windows device (If you are off campus, contact ITS for assistance):
- From the Windows search bar, type Software Center.
- Open Software Center.
- Search for Pulse Secure.
- Click on Pulse Secure.
- Select Install.
- After installation, follow these directions for setup or watch this video.
To Install on your Mac device:
- Contact ITS for installation.
