Installing Pulse on a University Device


How can I install Pulse on my university device?


Pulse is installed on all university devices issued to BGSU faculty and staff. If your university device does not have Pulse pre-installed, you may install it by following these instructions:

To Install on your Windows device (If you are off campus, contact ITS for assistance):

  1. From the Windows search bar, type Software Center. 
  2. Open Software Center.
  3. Search for Pulse Secure.
  4. Click on Pulse Secure.
  5. Select Install.
  6. After installation, follow these directions for setup or watch this video.    

To Install on your Mac device:

  1. Contact ITS for installation.
