How to convert PowerPoint presentations into Adobe PDF files with Annotated Notes

1. While the PowerPoint presentation is open, select on File and scroll down to Save As Adobe PDF.
2. On the next box that appears, select on the Options button.
3. Next, select the check box that states Convert Speaker Notes.
4. Select Ok.
5. Select Save.

The PowerPoint presentation should now be converted into an Adobe PDF file with annotated notes.
