What is it?
Power BI is a data visualization tool with the ability to combine multitudes of different data, coming from different systems, all into one visual container.
How to request it?
To request a workspace for a department or group, please submit request form on this page. You may also use this form to submit requests to add users to a department/group or to request help setting up a data source.
How to use it?
Power BI is included as part of BGSU's software licensing agreement with Microsoft. The desktop application can be downloaded from the Microsoft website here or the web application via Office 365 under Apps.
Students who wish to be a contributor to a workspace, are required to have a full-time faculty or staff representative serve as the workspace owner. This representative must oversee the workspace and any access pertaining to the workspace.
