What is it?
Video Insight is BGSU's secure video camera system that provides managed access to live and/or recorded footage for any security camera(s) on the network. Use this service to report an issue with your Video Insight service.
How to request it?

How to use it?
After submitting the form, an ITS technician will work with you to identify a solution to the reported issue.
How much does it cost?
There is no cost associated with reporting an issue with Video Insight. However, should an issue be detected with the camera or associated equipment, costs may be incurred for repair or replacement services.
