Answer

An interactive touchscreen monitor is a BGSU confidence monitor* configured with touchscreen controls. The touch controls allow instructors to control the computer, advanced slides and annotate on their content.

*A confidence monitor is a monitor available at the instructor podium that duplicates the media displayed on the main classroom projector.
