How do I locate Student Access?
Answer
Student Access is a feature of UDOIT which adds an Alternate Formats button next to linked files in your Canvas content. This button will launch a drop-down menu that displays any existing alternate formats that have been generated with UDOIT and other format types that students can request.
Student Access allows students to request their own alternate formats, when they select the Alternate Formats button, they will be able to:
- See any available formats within the drop-down menu.
- Click the download button or view the file icon for already generated formats or select the alternate format to request that format be generated.
- The process will generate the file in the background. Please allow 5-10 minutes for it to complete.
