How do I check to see if the GlobalProtect VPN is installed on my university-owned device?
Answer
You can confirm GlobalProtect is installed on your device by looking for the following:
- GlobalProtect icon (globe icon) on your device's toolbar (Mac) or taskbar/system tray (Windows).
- GlobalProtect folder in the Windows Start Menu or Mac Application Directory.
If GlobalProtect is not installed on your device, please contact ITS.
