How to Schedule a Hands-On Session with ITS

Question

How do I schedule a hands-on session with the ITS department?

Answer

ITS offers short (typically 15 minutes) hands-on sessions for the following specific topic areas:

  • Wireless troubleshooting (University/Personal/Mobile)
  • Student device support 
  • In-room (residence hall) student device support (ITS ticket is required before self-scheduling, contact ITS 419-372-0999.  Appointment created without ticket will be cancelled.)
  • University device login troubleshooting
  • Device repair drop-off (ITS ticket is required before self-scheduling, contact ITS 419-372-0999.  Appointment created without ticket will be cancelled.)
  • Device pickup 

Sessions will follow a strict time window so that we are respectful of the current client and future client sessions.  If issue cannot be resolved within the scheduled session, a secondary technician appointment may be scheduled at a future date. 

Students, faculty and staff can self schedule using ITS' Microsoft Bookings site.
