How do I schedule a hands-on session with the ITS department?
Answer
ITS offers short (typically 15 minutes) hands-on sessions for the following specific topic areas:
- Wireless troubleshooting (University/Personal/Mobile)
- Student device support
- In-room (residence hall) student device support (ITS ticket is required before self-scheduling, contact ITS 419-372-0999. Appointment created without ticket will be cancelled.)
- University device login troubleshooting
- Device repair drop-off (ITS ticket is required before self-scheduling, contact ITS 419-372-0999. Appointment created without ticket will be cancelled.)
- Device pickup
Sessions will follow a strict time window so that we are respectful of the current client and future client sessions. If issue cannot be resolved within the scheduled session, a secondary technician appointment may be scheduled at a future date.
Students, faculty and staff can self schedule using ITS' Microsoft Bookings site.
