Standard users should contact ITS at 419-372-0999 or via chat at ITSchat.bgsu.edu for account support and troubleshooting. To use Onbase remotely, users must use Pulse Secure VPN access.
Department OnBase Functional Leads should report issues using the Report OnBase Issue form.
