Picking Up From The ITS Locker

How do I pick up my device from the ITS lockers?

If you received notification from ITS that your device has been serviced and is ready for pickup, follow the instructions below:

1. Please pick up your device within 24 hours of notification.
2. Review your ticket notification for which locker number your device was placed.
3. Locate the appropriate locker number.
4. Enter the 3-digit combination you were provided.
5. Turn the handle to release the locker door.
6. Remove your device.
7. Close locker.
8. Spin the combination to lock.
