How do I check to see if Pulse Secure (BGSU VPN) is installed on my device?

Answer

To confirm if Pulse Secure is installed on your device, follow the steps below. 

  • Windows deviceType Pulse into the Windows search tool in the bottom left corner of your screen and select the Pulse Secure Desktop App.
  • Mac deviceOpen the Finderselect Applications and select Pulse Secure
