How do I share content from a laptop in a meeting when using a Cisco Telepresence room?

Instructions for connecting a laptop to the system in a Cisco Telepresence classroom to share content are outlined below.

 

Connecting through HDMI

  1. Connect to your meeting. 
  2. Plugin the HDMI cable connected to the room system into the laptop's HDMI port.
  3. Select HDMI from the Extron touch panel.
  4. From the Cisco touchpanel, select Share.
  5. Select Share in Call.
  6. When finished sharing, select Stop Sharing on the Cisco touch panel.
    • You may need to select Share from the meeting options listed at the bottom of the Cisco touch panel, then select Stop Sharing.

 

Connecting Wirelessly Through Zoom

  1. Connect to your meeting using the equipment inside your room.
  2. Join the Zoom Meeting using your laptop.
  3. Mute the microphone and speakers on your laptop.
  4. Select Share Screen on the Zoom Interface.
