Report Classroom Technology Issue

If an immediate response to an issue is needed during a class/event, users should contact Classroom Technology Services (CTS) at 419-372-9400.

Who can use it?

BGSU faculty, staff and students.

What is it?

This service is used to report an issue with classroom technology equipment. Common issues include:

  • Issues projecting video from the provided, university-owned  devices (PowerPoint, YouTube, etc.), or issues projecting video from your own device.
  • Problems with the touch panel in the classroom such as being inoperable, out of sync, damaged, etc.
  • Issues with audio on the provided PC/MAC in the classroom (PowerPoint, YouTube, etc ), or an issue with the audio on your own device.

How to use it?

An ITS technician will contact you to assist after reviewing your issue.

How much does it cost?

Cost is determined on a case-by-case basis.
