Classroom: Report Technology Issue

If an immediate response to an issue is needed during the class/event, users should contact Classroom Technology Services (CTS) at 419-372-9400.

Who can use it?

BGSU Faculty, Staff, Students.

What is it?

This service is used to report an issue with classroom technology equipment. Common issues include:

  • Issues projecting video from the provided, university-owned  PC/MACs (PowerPoint, YouTube, DVD, etc.), or issues projecting video from your own device.
  • Problems with the Touch Panel in the classroom. Issues may include the Touch Panel being inoperable, out of sync, damaged, etc.
  • Issue with audio on the provided PC/MAC in the classroom (PowerPoint, YouTube, DVD, etc ), or an  issue with the audio on your own device.

Report your issue to Classroom Technology Services using one of the methods listed above and a technician will be in touch to assist you.

How much does it cost?

Costs is determined on a case by case basis.
