Report Classroom/Lab Software Issue

What is it?

This service is used to report a software issue in a BGSU computer lab, classroom, or mobile device cart.

Please complete the Report Issue form on this page to notify ITS of a software issue in a computer lab, classroom, or mobile device cart.

How to use it?

While completing the service request form, please be as specific as possible and include the following where applicable:

  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Steps needed to replicate the issue.
  • Attach supporting documentation such as screenshots.
  • If the location of the issue is a computer lab, select the location from the list of lab locations
  • If the location of the issue is a classroom or mobile device cart, enter the building name and room number.
  • If it is a select group of devices experiencing the issue rather than the entire lab, include the BGSU asset tags of the impacted computers.

ITS will attempt to resolve the issue within 10 business days. Please submit a new service request form for each individual issue; do not lump multiple issues into one service request form. 

How much does it cost?

There are no costs associated with this service.
