Who can use it?
Student employee supervisors or BGSU student employees with prior supervisor approval, or BGSU faculty or staff employees who require a license upgrade.
What is it?
Use this form to submit a Power BI license request for a student employee, or request a license upgrade for a BGSU faculty or staff employee. For student employees, Power BI must be required in order for them to perform their work duties.

Once submitted, ITS will review your request. If approved you will receive a notification via the ticket with next steps.
How much does it cost?
- Pro Power BI licenses: No cost for faculty/staff
- Premium Power Bi licenses: $25.00 annually
