If you do not see the Print Billing Department's reports or the PBI_Budget_Administrator workspace in Power BI, you can request access by following these instructions:
You can report an issue/discrepancy with your report, request a change to your report or ask a question about your report by submitting a Print Responsibly / Papercut Billing Questions or Assistance Request form.
You can request detailed monthly print usage reports from PaperCut by submitting the Request Print Responsibly/PaperCut Report for Office Printer form.
Yes, you will still receive a separate print billing email directly from PaperCut if you had previously requested detailed monthly printer usage reports from ITS. The names of those reports are as follows:
Reports for the previous month's usage will be available in Power BI on the 6th of each month.
You should plan to review the information in the reports from the 6th-15th of each month. If you identify issues/discrepancies with the data in these reports, please submit a Print Responsibly / Papercut Billing Questions or Assistance form to ITS by the 15th of the month. You can expect to hear back regarding these issues/changes by the 20th. Any requests outside of this window may require a journal transfer.
Please be proactive in reviewing reports so that any errors are fixed prior to going to the Controller's Office on the 21st.
