Resolution
If you experience issues connecting to the GlobalConnect VPN, we suggest refreshing your connection or using a different gateway by following these steps:
Refresh GlobalProtect Connection
- Select the GlobalProtect icon (globe icon) on your device's toolbar (Mac) or taskbar/system tray (Windows).
- Select the hamburger menu (three lines) from the top right of the GlobalProtect window.
- Select Refresh Connection.
Use Alternative Gateway
- Select the GlobalProtect icon (globe icon) on your device's toolbar (Mac) or taskbar/system tray (Windows).
- Select the Change Gateway drop-down menu.
- Select an alternative gateway.
