Unable to connect to BGSU VPN/GlobalProtect

BGSU VPN/GlobalProtect

Resolution

If you experience issues connecting to the GlobalConnect VPN, we suggest refreshing your connection or using a different gateway by following these steps:

Refresh GlobalProtect Connection

  1. Select the GlobalProtect icon (globe icon) on your device's toolbar (Mac) or taskbar/system tray (Windows). 
  2. Select the hamburger menu (three lines) from the top right of the GlobalProtect window.  
  3. Select Refresh Connection

Use Alternative Gateway

  1. Select the GlobalProtect icon (globe icon) on your device's toolbar (Mac) or taskbar/system tray (Windows).  
  2. Select the Change Gateway drop-down menu. 
  3. Select an alternative gateway.
